SUMMARY
Provides guidance and support to the various Interstate divisions as it pertains to relocation, transportation and related services provided to our Government – Civilian (non-military) and Corporate (when applicable) customer base. This position will maintain and enhance current client working relationships and work with company management, move counselors and staff to ensure quality service levels to our clients and transferees. Additionally, this position shall pursue and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.

- Freight Operations Manager

The Freight Operations Manager is primarily responsible for developing an international freight operations function within the organization. This manager is also responsible for the global transportation program management of freight commodities of government and commercial clients.

- Move Management Coordinator

SUMMARY
To arrange, coordinate and monitor each relocating employee’s household goods move from initial notification of the move by the shipping agency through completion of all move-related transactions according to the General Services Administration Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP).
Conducts entitlements counseling with employees of government services agencies according to the guidelines set forth in the General Services Administration Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Team (CHAMP), Household Goods Tender of Service (HTOS), Request for Offers (RFO), and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).

SUMMARY
The Sales Consultant solicits transportation services and storage business from homeowners (consumers) and business establishments and estimates packing, crating, moving, and storage costs. This includes interstate, intrastate, local relocations, and storage transactions limited to the movement and storage of used household goods.
